Seaspray Motel is a vintage 1960s motel, right on the beach at Waiomu Bay on the scenic Thames Coast, Coromandel Peninsula We are located less than 20 minutes from historic Thames via a stunning seaside drive.
All of our motel rooms are waterfront with sea views. You can even fish from the lawn outside your unit!

with a separate lounge and kitchen.
One bedroom units
We have four spacious fully self contained one bedroom units with separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Pet friendly (by prior arrangement).
Room rate per night
$150.00 for the first 2 people. $20 each per extra person.

Two bedroom unit
This is a roomy 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen. It has a large deck opening from double slider doors from the lounge.
The bed configuration is a queen bed in one room, 2 single beds in the other and a double sized sofa sleeper in the lounge. There is a capacity of 4 - 6 persons depending on how the beds are used. Pet friendly (by prior arrangement).

Studio Unit
"Good things come in small packages"
Our sweet self contained studio unit is perfect for one or two persons and has a double bed.
Compact and cosy, this is our smallest and our most affordable unit. Only $90 and it's right on the beach - like all our units.
The studio is small, so it's suitable for a night or weekend get away, rather than a longer stay. Although we are pet friendly, this unit is not suitable for pets, due to it's size.
